Aura is the energy that surrounds and radiates from the body. Every living being and even in-animate objects, all have an Aura. An Aura is usually comprised of one's Soul energy intermingled with the energy absorbed through food, sunlight, environment etc. Science has proven the existence of Auras with Kirlian Photography.
Anyone can see Auras and you don't need special equipments to see them. You may have noticed it at one time but disregarded it, as our brain is very clever in hiding things from us that are out of the ordinary. While I say that, seeing Auras is not that difficult. It takes the least amount of practice to see an Aura. I am almost certain you will most likely be able to see an Aura in a few tries, maybe even at the first attempt. You will see Auras as transparent, wispy glow initially and that is all you should strive for in the beginning.
With good practice, you will be able to see colors which can give clues to one's emotional state of mind as the Aura will reflect everything that they take in! When you realize everything is energy this will make complete sense as energy can change its shape, absorb and reflect. Ever wonder why some people are pleasing when you first meet them? It is mostly because of the Aura they radiate and you sense it. It is now time for you to see the once elusive Aura.
Three easy steps to see an Aura
1. Have a friend stand against a plain white or a black wall. The color of the wall is not that important but usually lightest or the darkest tones makes it easier. If you do not have a friend handy, You can always use a mirror. 2. Standing about 5 feet from your friend, relax your eyes and look at the tip of their nose for 20 to 30 seconds, without going cross-eyed. 3. Move your gaze to their forehead and while you look up, use your peripheral vision and you will see an illumination almost jump out. That is the Aura.
Few things to be aware of. You shouldn't strain your eyes or squint, let your eyes relax. When you are looking for an Aura use your peripheral vision, as the curvature of the eyes can see frequencies of light your frontal vision cannot detect. Auras are easily seen around the outline of the body. There always have been questions about double visions, retina burn images etc. Auras won't leave an imprint on the retina when you look away. That is how you know you that are actually seeing an Aura and not a double image. Please do this in a safe place and have fun discovering Auras!
